Dr. Jamie Kitzman has special interests in education and research. She is a PALS instructor and anesthesiology resident mentor/leader through a POD program. She is involved in a clinical study investigating anti-emetic medications and postoperative nausea and vomiting in pediatric cochlear implant patients. She is involved in the Pediatric Regional Anesthesia Network (PRAN), a multi-institutional study of the use and incidence of complications of pediatric regional anesthesia.
